Counter Notice

Review and Action

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, APK Wallet will:

  • Remove or Disable Access: Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • Notify the User: Notify the user who posted the material that their content has been removed or disabled.
  • Take Further Actions: Take further actions as necessary, including potentially terminating the accounts of repeat infringers.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, APK Wallet will:

Repeat Infringers
